Niyah for Fast

There is no special dua’a to begin the fast, Niyah means intending by heart, it is not necessary to utter it by mouth.

Words regarding the niyah have not been narrated from the Prophet Mohammad pbuh

Dua for Iftar
Zhahaba al-zama’ wa abtalat al-‘urooq wa thabata al-ajr in sha Allaah
“Thirst is gone, the veins are moistened and the reward is certain if Allaah wills.”
Abu Dawud: 2357
Abu Hurayrah (RadhiAllahu Anhu) reported that the Messenger of Allah (SallAllahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) said: Every action a son of Adam does shall be multiplied—a good action by ten times its value, up to 700 times. Allah says: With the exception of fasting, which belongs to Me, and I reward it accordingly. For, one abandons his desire and food for My sake.

There are two occasions of joy for a fasting person: one when he breaks his fast, and the other when he meets his Lord, and the (bad) breath (of a fasting person) is better in the sight of Allah than the fragrance of musk.(Al-Bukhari)
First Ashra
Oh my Lord, forgive and have mercy and You are the best of those who show mercy.”
Second Ashra

I seek forgiveness from Allah for all my sins and turn to Him.

Third Ashra

“O Allah! Save me from the hell’s fire.”

Get reward of one Quran in just few minutes
Say, “He is Allah, [who is] One, Allah, the Eternal Refuge, He neither begets nor is born, Nor is there to Him any equivalent.”

Prophet (S.A.W.) said that “Reciting Surah Al-Ikhlas (Surah No. 112) one time is equal to one third of the Quran. So reciting it three times is equal to reward of reading entire Quran.” (Surah Ikhlas: 112) (Sahih Bukhari: 5015)
